All safety frames have a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This does not cover damage due to accident or abuse. To take advantage of the warranty, send the complete pair of safety glasses back to us and we will replace it at no charge. There will be a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for the return process. The safety lenses are polycarbonate, and are coated on both sides for scratch resistance. The key word is resistance, the coating will help reduce scratches, but not eliminate them. Don't let anyone tell you they have a scratch proof coating for lenses, one does not exist, even glass can scratch sometimes. To help reduce scratching, always rinse your safety glasses before wiping. This will, hopefully, wash away any debris that can harm the lenses. We do not have a warranty for people who are trying a progressive lens for the first time and cannot adapt to them. So, if you have not had the progressive lenses in the past, especially if you are switching from a lined type of bifocal lens, please be aware of this.
