The pupillary distance is the distance between your pupils. This number is in millimeters and is usually not part of the prescription from the doctor. You should be able to get it from whoever had made you glasses in the past. Or you can measure it yourself by looking in the mirror, and measuring the distance between the centers of your pupils(the dark center of your eyes). The number should be between 50 to 80mm, usually in the 60's.
